Features：

1.The main steel structure weldments adopts advanced vibration stress relief and natural stress relief which release the interior stress of the material and the welding point at the most, which ensures the long-term mechanical precision.

2.The rinsing sector and water flow system all adopts stainless steel and rot-proof material and equipped with air-heating device.

3.Rinsing and drying station with air cushion is in favor of rinsing 3-12mm thick glass.

4.Washing brushes consists of nylon and a stainless axle. The hair is imported and heat-resistant in favor of the cleanness and surface protection for glass. The electric motor for brushes is controlled alone.

5.The machine adopts omni-range auto frequency conversion speed regulation. PLC control system saves waiting time and enhances the production efficiency.

6.This machine can keep washing continuously and discriminate the first and the second piece of glass with no waiting time.

7.It adopts low-voltage electric elements, sensors. The machine is under PLC control.

8.The efficiency of this machine is high and can identify LOW-E glass from the coated glass.
